We ship all orders out within one business day from when we receive your payment unless, you are paying by check or money order. If you're paying by U.S. check or money order it will take wait 2-3 business days for the check to clear before we ship your order. International Checks and Money Orders, will take 2-10 days to clear. There will be a $25 charge for any returned checks.

Since it's generally better to have your clothes a little loose than too tight, and we don't offer returns, we recommend ordering your clothes a size up if you're unsure of your size. The Clothing we carry on CypherStyles.com falls under two separate categories, Camouflage Clothing and our Custom Street Clothing. You will find information about both below. We offer the highest quality softest, best fitting, most durable custom clothing on the market: Hanes Premium Clothing, except for our Hoodies which are Gildan's Super Comfortable, ActiveWear Heavy Weight Blend and are the same measurements as Hanes. Our durable brand name clothing is carefully customized in our store and is bold and comfortable. If we won't wear it, we won't sell it. We finish each completed piece of clothing with a small Seal of Quality. Our one-inch seal features our lion encircled by our four element arrows.

Please follow our care instructions to keep your clothing designs looking new. Please do not iron directly on your clothing designs. Over time, if you machine-wash your clothes with the design side out in warm water, dark black may fade to dark grey. To avoid this and fully preserve your designs, please hand or machine-wash your clothes inside out in cold water and tumble dry on low.

When you first receive a blue or grey custom item, if you study it closely you may notice a very faint line around the design, this will fade to virtually invisible within a few washings. If you want the design line to be unnoticeable from the beginning please restrict your orders to whitenormal and gold clothing or pre-wash your purchase a few times before you wear it.

Our comfortable, sturdy camouflage clothing may be ironed and machine washed. You can machine wash them with cold water and tumble dry them on low. Please do not bleach the shirts, as it may fade their colors

CypherStyles.com offers the best possible protective gear for intense urban dance styles like bboying/breakdancing, house/club/hip hop dancing, krumping, popping and locking. Unfortunately, nothing can prevent all injuries so please be careful. If it hurts, stop. Don't drink and dance, don't operate heavy machinery or drive while dancing and keep in mind that you dance at your own risk.

Our DVD's are primarily Region 1 encoded, which means that they are designed for US and Canadian, NTSC DVD Players. Most DVD players, and ALL computers worldwide will play DVD's from all regions, including our Region 1 DVD's without any problem. If you don't have a DVD Player or DVD Player on your computer, you can purchase an all region, code free, all zone dvd player, they are inexpensive and available at http://www.regioncodefreedvd.com and many other stores online.

Almost all of our dvd's are commercially pressed, but a few producers only offer DVD-R's of their releases, we list the format of every product we carry at the top of it's page. Just click the name of any listed performer or crew and you'll go to a list of all the other videos that we carry that they've done. We try to also list event promoters and producers who created the event so you can find other projects they've worked on. Our video performer list is a helpful four-element hip-hop reference tool but it's not perfect, and we accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions. We do our best to make the performer hyperlinks as accurate as possible, and are constantly updating it. We always buy directly from the producers and distributors of all our products and never ever sell bootlegs. If you ever have reason to think that a product is a counterfeit, please contact us and we will look into it and discontinue its sale if you're correct. If you click a white text sub-category you will view only that specific product sub-category on your main page. You can see as many or as few products as you want. This navigation format is the best way to find exactly the products you're looking for.

If you click the flags in the top right of the screen, they will translate the language of the site for you using Google's translation software. If you need it to translate into a language we don't have listed, try Google Translator and AltaVista's Babel Fish. The software is helpful, but the translation is not perfect and you assume all liability for any errors or damages that may result.
